  Yesterday I went through the drive though. The pharmacy tech told my to slip my blue script under the belt in their box. Their box happen to be wet. And when the parmacy tech pulled my scrpit out which was a blue script. The parmacy tech told me I had to go back to my doctors office and get a new script. My doctors office takes 1 whole day to write a script. But thankfuly my doctors office was noce enoigh to write me a new script. Then I called the krogers parmacy back and talked to Joel, which he was extremely rude. He wanted to do nothing for my inconveniences. Joel proceeded to insult me by saying what do you want me to do make it stop raining, was Joel's response. No sure I would like you to pay for my script or giving me something to compensate for the time and gas. Horrible and RUDE customer service. I will be sending all my scripts to walgreens, at least when they mess up on your script they will pay for it. I don't understand why Joel and the rest of the Korgers pharmacy are rude lifeless and hate their job. I never see any of them smile. The only discount Joel gave me for ripping my script and inconveniences me of my time was 1000 gas fuel point. Very disappointed in krogers parmacy. Like I said, I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS TO WALGREENS :)
